Tonight I'm reading the First Presidency message in the August Ensign by Dieter F. Uchtdorf called Temple Blessings. I loved his statement that "temples are an unyielding witness that goodness will prevail." That is a similar sentiment to what I read last night too. He also speaks of the importance of keeping a current temple recommend and using it. By doing so, he says, "righteousness will surely increase not only in our lives and homes but in our communities and throughout the world." I feel that to be such a powerful statement and it gives even more meaning to my temple service. By doing so, I am truly contributing to righteousness increasing throughout the world! That is such an awesome thought. I love temples and being involved in temple work.
