I read Alma 41 and loved how Alma elaborated on the principle of restoration. I will be raised to happiness if my works have been righteous. Basically the principle of restoration is that we receive what we are. A corrupt being cannot be "restored" to eternal life. We must be changed through the Atonement of Christ, through repentance and coming unto him, and we can become clean and then be restored to eternal life.
