Tonight I read a Conference talk called Mother Told Me. In using an example of calves following their mothers, Elder Foster explains that "distractions don't have to be evil to be effective - sometimes it can just be shade." That is always a good reminder for me to continuously ask myself, "Am I being distracted from my mission?" Living the gospel fully has brought to me a greater understanding of my mission and helped keep me focused on my dream.
